Anyone have a link to the Rate Card Tribal Fusion used to have on their site? I can't find it on there anymore, maybe they took it down? If not the Tribal Fusion one, anyone have rates for any of the big CPM companies? I'm just designing a new site right now, and want to optimize it for the highest paying formats. Thanks!
