They requires lots of traffic before joining. They pay me almost same amount of money with adsense. They have two types of ads: Market and TribalDirect (i may remember this name wrongly.). Market is what actually pays you. TribalDirect has very low rates. For me TribalDirect utilize ~%50 of my traffic. If i can change it to Market, i am sure my earning can be tripled or more.. I am trying to contact them to utilize that adspace (the one used by TribalDirect) in different ways (like other CPM networks) but i could not get an answer yet. Their fill rate can be considered %30-40 for me if you dont count TribalDirect types of ads. And they allow you to give them an ad code for the space they can not fill (normally public ads are shown or no-ad shown). If you add more ad formats to your site, you earn more!! These are all what i know so far about them
