Trial Offers

    Aloha,

I have found lots of companies that offer sales commission, but are there also some companies that offer a collection of paid trial offers?

With paid trial offers I mean companies that pay me something if I make my visitors sign up for a trial.

My problem is that I want to give my visitors a bonus for converting. I could do so with sales commission shops, but I'm afraid that my visitors will return the products the buy after they have received their bonus from me (and thereby making me loose money).

I guess product returns will not be a problem if my visitors can only sign up for trial offers.

    Thank you, Mads

Max Bounty offers tons of free samples is a good revenue source.

I read under the domains forum that there is as online samples domain name for sale, that would be a great combo for increasing your chances of make money on trials ;)

There are several programs that have trial offers available. Maxbounty is one but conversions at least for me have not been great on Maxbounty. There are several others like Offerfusion. Just do a search for offers or affiliate ad networks.

MAxbounty and azoogle are great for me and both have signup or trial offers and you can do incentives on most offers (check with AM first)

They main thing is that you don't pay people to signup but tell them to cancel... if they cancel on your own thats there problem but if you tell them to signup and you will pay them but tell them to cancel then there are issues.

Thanks for the quick replies. Were ready to eat breakfest and wondered if I should read the newspaper or check if there were any replies. I choose to check the replies and weren't disappointed :D

What about CJ, shareasale, etc.? I have looked around there, but they don't seem to have any trial offers.

Shareasale has offers but you have to make payout first before you can access those. I have been waiting 2 years to make more then 2 sales on Shareasale. Perhaps I am not a good salesperson though so you might have better luck with them then I have. The payout if I remember right is $50 and I have not managed to do more then 1/2 of that in 2 years.

They have some leads offers and signup offers you can apply for though click on View and Search Merchant List then click on pay per lead. There is quite a few pay per lead offers. The pay per click offers you have to reach first payout before they will approve you for those.

Are you doing better with for example CJ? I must confess that my track record with Shareasale aren't that impressive, but I guess it's because I haven't really been marketing it.

Trial offers are my absolute favorite kind of campaign. The idea that a merchant will pay big for a low-or-no cost sign up is certainly encouraging. Take Bargain.com for example. They're paying $28 on the network, cost to the surfer is only $1. It's the perfect recipe for incentive traffic!
