Just looked in clickbank and it's still showing 50% commission. Did you change this to 70%?

Yes, it's not 50% (it was 40% by the way) it's the problem of Clickbank's marketplace design. First I didn't know about this, so I asked them, here's the answer I received:

"The affiliate commission rate set in your account is indeed 70%. You can check this by selecting "create hoplink" under your Marketplace entry. In the pop up window you will see the note "You can earn 70% for each paying customer you refer to this product." This is how affiliates check what commission rate you are offering for promoting your product.

The other percentage you are seeing is not your account's commission rate. The "%/sale:" percentage refers to the "average percentage commission earned per affiliate per referred sale" over the last 8 weeks. As more affiliate sales come in over the next 8 weeks you should see the stats more accurately reflect your current activity. For more information on how the Marketplace works, please visit:

Do you have a lander in the works? I would like to consider your product for promotion, but if you would have a lander, it would make creating the site easier, so I could focus on the "other" fun things that us internet marketers would have to do

Here's some suggestions for above the fold on your sales page:

1. You've crossed out $219 but you don't mention any other price. I'm looking at it like "so how much is it then?" or "why is the price crossed out?"

2. Get rid of the top right "free copy" box. It detracts from the reader's flow and just adds clutter to the top headline

3. Your headline sucks. Try something like:

"If You Can Push A Few Buttons, You've Got What It Takes To Live The Life You DESERVE... Just Like The 10's Of Thousands We've Helped Over The Years" - you need it to be emotional and factual.

4. You've got too many bullet points in that top image. It just looks like WOW! You need to get about 4 top points I'd say

It really isn't a question of my quality of how well I can sell your product. It is a question of that you said it took 80 hops to sell a product, when other forex publishers are converting 1 in 30 or even less!

The reason why I pursued the lander idea was because it does help those who lack the skills in building a graphically intriguing landing page. This will help you win more affiliates and increase their conversion rates.

TrendStuff, i am not doubting you, as if I didn't give a damn, I wouldn't of told you in the first place! I wish you the best of success with this ever increasing niche!!!

This is a hardcore proof that the system works, and is making money. Below is a detailed account statement of the GBP/USD chart running the TrendStuffer V4.0 (as you can see) since 20 May, 2008, and is up +850pips!! Yeah that's what I was expecting, if I do something that no one else did until now (offer investor pass, live statements, etc) it still won't be enough If I put up a live, real money account with $10k then the problem will be that why isn't it $100k Come on mate...

Mark - I've emailed you in the past to ask if you would make the free demo available via your domain you're using for your clickbank sales and you said you'd look into it but I've heard nothing since. I've also just noticed another HUGE traffic leak that would put me and most other affiliates off promoting your product, as good as it looks.

On your 'shop' page, http://www.trendstuffer.com/index.php?q=shop1, you have moneybookers and pay pal so any traffic sent by an affiliate would not be credited.

As I said to you before I have a good list of potential clients but I would be hesitant to send them your way with all the 'problems' that are apparent.

I don't think any of it's intentional at all I just see it as a result of what it is. You're whole sales process was never built around clickbank hence the various traffic leaks.

PS: Something else I jut noticed, not sure if it's been mentioned already. On this page http://www.tsforexsystem.com/ the 'affiliate' link is VERY prominent and right next to the 'buy now' button. Many clients will figure how easy it is to sign up as an affiliate, buy through their own link and save $70. Maybe you could but some PS, PPS etc - basically extra text between the 'buy now' and the 'affiliate' link.

I know about the different payment methods, but that's why we bought a separate domain for the clickbank stuff, the tsforexsystem.com domain. The clickbank affiliate link sends the traffic there and there's no link to the "original" site, so either they buy the product there or they don't buy it at all.

And this is exactly why there's no demo YET for the affiliates because I have to rewrite every link in the users guide and in the software also to link to tsforexsystem.com to avoid "traffic leak".

 

I signed up twice to the mailing list... and nothing. It said I was successfully signed up but nothing came in the email.

1st point is the popup or rollover never went away after originally signing up and the 2nd point is it kept my details showing at the top of the page when I signed up using that way the second time. 3rd point, when you click the download your E-book now, it does nothing.

All of this was on the tsforexsystem.com site... does it work the same on the original site or has it only got these problems on the tsforexsystem.com site?

My advice is to remove it completely if nothing is being sent as it makes it looks totally unreliable and unprofessional (more along the lines of an email harvester than a serious piece of software).
