The thing about this program is, you don't get much money per signup (only $1), but people will be more enticed to join since they don't need to spend any money. In fact, people make money on this site! There are two kinds of links, the referral link and affiliate link. Personally, I think the regular referral system for this program is better if you're not a webmaster, but the affiliate system is pretty good too. On this site, people can make hundreds just by completing offers (most of them are extremely easy and free to complete), and if you have a moderate to large site, especially one about making money, then this would be perfect for you. To become an affiliate, you have to email the administrator, but the regular referral link you automatically have. For a website, the affiliate link works better, but if you just sporadically promote it the referral link works better. The funny thing is, this site is based on affiliate programs. The offers one completes are affiliate programs from the webmaster, and he gives you a nice chunk of what he makes from you signing up. Best of all, it pays out in Paypal, Stormpay (I hate Stormpay), or a check, and hundreds of people have been paid. That's why I really have faith in this website.
