I want to make a travel information site Dose anyone know what would be a good backed cms and or plugins to do a site which could be grouped by city or resort as well as entertainment activities for each area, Forum integration/ reviews ect would be nice to! anyone know a module or cms that would work well for this? thanks!
How are the forums for anti spam, my other site im using phpbb and i get way to much spam on it avoiding that for the next one.

The hard part for me is finding one that will group and organize it all, there will be a lot of catagories, to group. Basically Category1> > location > related items list based on location > item specific details. Basically Category2> > location > related items list based on location > item specific details. ect. What would be best to help me organize and manage all of this.. also preferably be integrate able with a forum aswell as be able to have users leave comments on a specific item..
