    This is a keyword domain Travel website focusing on "Low Cost Holidays" keyword which is very popular (over 300,000 searches pm) . High CTR Adsense site. I have no time to run it. Currently ranking #20 - #30 on main keyword (google). Also receives traffic from bing-yahoo.
    All unique Content , unique site.

    I stop updating site 1 month ago, traffic will be up if continue updating and seo. 1-2 hours work per week.

    Keyword is very popular, if new owner manage to get it to 1st page of google , My estimate is $100 per day with adsense. Currently 2nd-3rd page.
    I only choose domains and sites with high potential, but not always have chance to develop them, too many sites so little time;)

    what are the traffic stats on analytics, in organic search. I see you have many referring sites to this one. after the buyer buys this domain what is the guarantee those sites will still refer to this site?

    All my links will be up for two months minimum, they don't send traffic, but helping to rank, there are not much links anyway, traffic is from search engines.
    New owner needs to update site and get new links/seo

    Bidders can get access to Analytics.
