Selling Travel Site UK Earned $155 last month, $45 last week ADSENSE. selling With G+ Fb page and Blog

I am selling 2 month old shining Travel website( UK ). Design and Content 100% original. Pure 2014 google white-hat SEO rules applied. No spammy nothing. I am expert of UK travel niche and this site has very good trend. Income and visitors increasing every week.

Some important points:

• Little SEO done, mostly Social media links but already has good rankings. Updated regularly with fresh content.
• Sale includes G+ Page which has got +1700 likes and +200 active followers.
• Facebook page included +700 likes
• Related Blogspot Blog included which has unique content and already got 1200 visitors.
• Laser Targeted visitors, very high CTR.
• Traffic will go up because of Holiday season in next months searches will be 3-4 times higher in summer. Buyer most probably will get the investment back and profit in short time. Just needs to be updated with unique content and add some links.
• I will keep links from my sites for at least 1-2 months, it has few links only anyway.
