Selling Travel Niche Site - $40 Adsense Earnings Last month - Selling For Only 8mo's Earnings

Ok, I am not going to beat around the bush here. I need money fast to pay for my car payment that is due on September 14th. That is the only reason I am selling this site.

The domain name is extremelycheap-airlinetickets(dot)com and it is a PR 3 travel website.

I have put in a lot of work into this site in the past but I don't see any other way of paying my car payment this month and so it forces me to sell it.

I don't have time to ask for more money and that is why I am asking for what I need for my car payment.

This months earnings are a little lower and that is probably due to the fact that I was on vacation for roughly 3 weeks last month and 2 weeks in July so I have not done much with the site and because of all the people going back to school.

What I would normally do is I would write 1 article per week for the site and that was it.

Anyway, you can see below the adsense proof and the keywords that it gets traffic from. Other than that traffic everything else is from article directories that I submitted to a while back.

If you need anything then let me know. I am selling it to the first person who gives me full price of the closest thing to it.

yes, the domain name was renewed about 2 weeks ago for 1 full year.

 

Please post AdSense stats using the "Both" option instead of the "Date" option. Using the "Date" option makes it impossible to tell if the report also shows traffic and clicks from other sites.
