I’ve taken on one too many projects and it’s hurting my core business and I need to hand off a SEO contract I have for a travel related site. I’ve only spent about 20 hours on it so far and it’s in the early stages. I’m looking for a SEO’er with experience in that space. I will hand the customer off and terminate my agreement with them (I don’t want or expect a referral fee or revenue share I just want them taken care of). They have not been willing to do a long term contract and they pay monthly for services. For the first 20 hours I charged them 50% up front and the remainder at task completion. Someone with time and skills can easily turn this into a long term relationship. There is probably some additional money here doing site/UI development but that would be between you and them.
