Travel Forum - Good DEEP links!

When did the forum go live? Would be a funny turn of events but I may be interested myself

 

So you mean we can find a lot of the same content on other forums ? Woow that is not good :-(

It went live the 6th of February.

Im sorry if I am being confusing here, I am trying to make this is clear as I can and referencing links whenever possible so here I go one more time...


I was building this forum not to turn around and sell, because of this fact there are many things that I know everyone here on DP that buys and sells websites often look for, but wont find. I am selling this website more out of need than want. That is why there is no revenue stats... why try and monetize a forum that would make under a $1 a day?

I was not looking short term when I began building the forum, I simply bought TOPS3O's ICo software and let it run. The reasoning behind this was to get some content up on the forums, and get the pages indexed. If you have not read my link to the ICo software thread.... it pulls questions and answers from Yahoo answers. Yes to keep in TOS you are to keep "Powered by Yahoo Answers" in the sig, I opted not to do this, this was my choice, feel free to put it back in if you purchase this.

The site has some very good one way back links from a network of sites. I dont know how long he will keep them up there, as it was done as a favor and were not purchased. But I do know they have helped with getting my pages indexed and bringing in some search engine traffic.

As for the databases, for those that didnt follow the link to that thread... I have some travel related databases that I have been selling on DP. I myself have not used them on a website. I figured why not use them on this site, so I was going to use all of my travel databases to build more content into the site. If you are following along then yes, if left here, there would be a lot of content on this site that could be found other places. BUT I was not planning on just letting the website stop there after I had all these running. More unique content was planned to go into the site to help it grow. This was simply the way I was planning on building this site.
