Travel Domain and Site...

    Considering selling my domain name and site justvr.com (Just Vacation Rentals) the site gets 1000+ visitors a months and currently making 30-50 a month in adsense revenue. ITs pr3 and has 1750+ backlinks from strong sources... any ideas on what I would get for such a domain and site. The blog has 80% unique content on it and the other 20 is content that was used from other blogs/articles.

    Any ideas?

    I was thinking as much as someone is willing to pay for it... I wouldn't concider selling it for less then $3xx
