Hotel Maps USA review requested please. I have worked over a year on this project. I wrote programs to create 17,000 maps for cities and attractions. The maps are all created. Some of them, like Florida Keys and Hawaii, are gorgeous. Now, I am using web design software to do an outer shell to display some of them, but there are so many that my software bogs down, so I ended up creating separate directories. My number one concern is that there are many links. Although relevant, search engines might get overwhelmed and avoid the site. The xml sitemap I sent to Google was for 83,000 urls. The site is about a year old. I expect it may take a while to build popularity enough for more frequent search engine revisits. I have some good connections to niche markets, but would like to get into link associations with travel sites as well. Any advice, comments, suggestions, connections to quality travel sites, will be appreciated.
Hi Ladybiker, i have some general advice in order to get higher rankings: -i think the description and the keyword tags are very long, possibly You shoul shorten it -the googlebot stop indexing sites over 100kb. Your site is 129kb, so You should shorten the source code. I think placing the long style information into external css file would be enough -i found some headings in the source but no h1 tag, which is really important. -and i think You should improve the packaging of the site. I think You should ask a professional designer to improve it. Good luck!
hi there. I think it's better to use delaware-de-hotels.html instead of delaware_de_hotels.html this helped me. as Bagi Zoltán said try to improve the graphics, for both faster uploading and easier going thru the site and a better look.
