Actually it's an expired domain with new and fresh content created on it.

He took a Wordpress theme and slapped some terribly spun content on it and is passing it off as being a "business-in-a-box".

Google has already started indexing this junk content too - which is another mistake. Never allow Google to crawl your site until it's 100% ready.

Bugs? This site is full of them as well. Buttons don't work, CSS needs some serious work, etc.

If you want to invest $100 into a website, you'd be MUCH better off purchasing a theme yourself and setting it up from scratch. It will take you a single day, which is far less time it will take to fix this jumbled mess sitting on a worthless domain.

Guaranteed he only put it together to sell. Buy a theme (or get one nulled) for less than $60 and illegally put it on multiples websites and hope they sell for $100 each.

 

Bro, The content is spun taken from one of my friend websites. but the designed is my own built in elementor.

If it didn't sell out for me then please do mention the flaws, so I may work it myself and I won`t sell it then.

I think that is a good deal if you find the right buyer for it. The only reason why i post a positive review is because it's "sellable". About WordPress the technologies used may or may not interest to potential customers. I have heard and use WordPress before as this is the fastest way to make a dynamic website.

It's not really sellable though, because it puts the buyer in the hole from the very beginning.

They would be much better off buying a fresh theme, with support.

This is a developmental money pit, unless someone really know what they are doing. If they do though, they wouldn't be interested in the first place.
