Transparent graphic not so transparent in IE

I made a transparent graphic for a logo. It is truly transparent when viewed with Firefox. When viewed in Internet Explorer, it is not fully transparent. It has a medium blue background. It is a .png file.

Does someone know how to fix this ? Firefox is good, its just IE that has the problem.
