Hi, I've been Google-ing this issue for about an hour now so I thought I would ask here instead.

I need to insert an Animated GIF into a Powerpoint 2010 slide show. The animation will need to have a transparent background so it can simply lie on top without some ugly square white background.

Can someone please instruct me on how I do this? Thx

Not 5 minutes after I posted the issue I found the solution. I double clicked the animated gif in question. I clicked the drop down box for color and then 'Set Transparent Color'. False alarm! Sorry!
