Transparent Adsense at bottom of video player?

    Hi,

    I have seen a few sites, who show videos have some ads at the bottom of there video player, they have about 50% opacity so the bottom of the video can still be seen partly, and it can also be minimized.

    How do I do this, i thought it would be against TOS, even do have an ad anywhere on a video page, but I have seen a few sites doing it now (on the video player).
