Translation

Hello people, can someone recommend some wordpress translation plugin?

What i need?!

Or Plugin, script that will translate all wordpress posts (titles, descriptions, tags) from english to another language, to replace original posts, not to put translation into separated folder like www.site.com/de/

Or Adult embed videos grabber with aoutomatic translation of grabbed posts, titles, desriptions, tags...

Can someone help please?
