Translating a site?

    What happens if you translate your sites in another URL...is ok for google? Or you will be penalized or even banned?

    You mean to create another version of your site in another language? If yes, then that is perfectly fine. Content in different languages is not considered to be duplicate content.

    It will be fine. Get it translated properly and try not use any online translating tools as the grammar may not be correct.

    I don't see there's anything with doing that. Just create a link in your original article and point it to the page with the translated version.
