Buying Translate English to Polish

    I need someone to translate two small documents for me.

    1 - A form with 133 words. I need the Polish translation written above the English words in the MS Word document and then return copy completed.
    2 - A letter with 200 words. I need the same letter writing out in Polish. The letter needs to be in MS Word.

    A simple job for someone - that is someone who knows both English and Polish. There are no difficult / technical English words so this should be an easy job.
