transform dynamic website to Static website

    Easiest way: just go to each page and View Source in your browser, Then save the files out as .html.

    If the website is linking directly to the files (right to default.aspx), you might need to use mod-rewrite or trickery in IIS to redirect (301)s to the associated html files :)

    Download Offline Explorer and you can use it to download all pages and images.

    This should give you a full image of a site other than any pages generated by forms.
