Transferring weight to a site that is not displaying links

    I have a bunch of sites on the network. Everything works well except for a couple of sites whose design won't allow me to put adds on all pages.

    3 days ago I sent all weight to from one site to a site that is not yet activated. I don't see any of the coop links showing up on MSN so my question is:

    Are you allowed to transfer weight to a site that is not displaying links?

    Thanks Shawn. I thought so but does it seem weird to you that no new links are appearing in MSN after 3 days? I noticed a couple of threads about MSN's links not behaving quite the same. Maybe MSN are starting their own version of a dance.

    I tried the same thing for a site that i have not activated yet and so i just changed the consolidation to another account instead. I wasnt sure if it would work or not but just in case I consolidated on an active user.
