Transferring saved emails when transferring hosting account

I have a lot of important emails currently saved but am wanting to transfer web host. Is there an easy way of doing this without having to forward each email to a dummy account and then to the one at my new hosting account?

Install new email accounts on the new host and then change DNS

 

The current email account I have is with my current host. When I change host, I won't be able to login and when I install a new email account with the same email add, the old emails won't appear. I've done that with an account previously.

 

Transfer your hosting to us if you have cpanel we will restore all your email without any lose.

Tell your hosting provider to backup and migrate your existing account to theirs. Most of them do it for free. It will migrate your data, DB, emails and all other data
