Well, if you are just transferring the hosting then you don't need an authorization code though you need to change nameservers at your old host.

Some domain resellers have an end user support contact e-mail. If your current host doesn't respond to you, then you may need to go that route.

If you do not have the domain name password .How would you change. Where you can transfer the database but the website will not work until change the nameservers.

I think you are trying to transfer domain name, because only domain names need Auth Code to transfer, for hosting you just backup and upload it to your new host.

Do you know your registrar? You need to contact them...

Yes, it also sounds to me like you need to change the DNS settings for your domain to point to your new host. Once that is done you should be able to upload your site to your new hosting provider. Your domain registrar is where you need to change your DNS settings. Did you get your domain from your hosting provider or is your hosting account independent of your domain account? You can send an e-mail to your domain registrar and they will e-mail you back with your user, pass, etc. and that will allow you to gain access so that you can change your DNS setting?

if you want to transfer domain name, you can't do it withouth the auth code and unlocking the domain name
if you want to change the hosting provider, while keeping the domain at the old registrar, changing the nameservers or DNS A record to point to new host is enough

Did you register your domain through your web host? Otherwise, you don't need authorization code to move over to a new host.
