    Transferring domain problem.

    I want to transfer a domain at godaddy. because the registrar where is the domain is partly in Russian language and partly is English.

    I payed the fee for the domain and received this mail from dodaddy

    I didnt know that the domain has whois privacy. :(

    So what to do to transfer the domain at godaddy :confused:

    P.S. I have asked for support at godaddy too

    should forward that godaddy email to current domain owner.
    if not ask to forward it to domain owner.
    That godaddy email contain important transaction code- which you need to enter in godday pending transfer area.

    That is not posible
    All domains that have whois privacy, has the same admin email (contact@privacyprotect.org)

    well, you are a senior to us, but in my opinion, i think contacting Godaddy is the best and fastest way to solve this thing.
