transferring a domain to godaddy..

    hey guys, i currently own and host a website at godaddy. I just recently bought a new website from a guy off of ebay, and would like transfer that domain and website to godaddy, so i can host it there to save a few bucks...all the guy sent me were the site files, which i uploaded on dreamweaver. How do i transfer the domain and site to godaddy? I am completely lost becuase i am VERY new to this whole thing..any help is greatly appreciated, and i apologize for my lack of understanding concerning this topic

    first thing is you have to transfer a domain to godaddy. then have a hosting account there associated with that domain.

    I think you may wanna hire somebody to do it for you.

    Since you have decided to transfer your domain to godaddy.com,why not directly contact them for the transfer?
    You'd better operate it according to the specific steps said by their guys since you're not familiar with this.

    you mean your current hosting and domain at godaddy.com, and another guy from ebay can offer you the cheaper of goddady hosting and domain??

    So now what you should do is ask the the seller to push the domain to your godaddy account.
    Then logon to your ftp,to upload the seller files to your hosting.
