Transfering site to new domain

    Hi,

Due to a trademark issue in November, I was forced to relocate my website to a new domain. This website was a PR4 with 90% traffic from Google (non-paid, organic) about 300-400 unique visits per day and 3-5000 indexed pages. I used the Apache redirect to maintain whatever traffic and credibility that I could.

It is now April and after the latest PR update, the new domain is PR2 with 2000 pages indexed but the traffic has not recovered. My website is only getting around 30-50 unique visits per day (1/10 before) and the traffic does not seem to be increasing. My rankings are nowhere near where they used to be (hence the low traffic) and I'm not 100% on the best way to recover. I have been investing in the usual marketing strategies - directories, blog postings, social bookmarking, and adding many links from my own sites to the new domain. I'm finally thinking that I will invest in a quality back-link building service to see if that helps.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Any tips or suggestions?

    Thanks
