Transfering PayPal Subscription Payments on selling a site

    Is it possible to transfer PayPal Subscription Payments when you sell a website.

    its not at all possible.. thats the worst part :-(

    You have to cancel all the subscriptions and ask clients to signin again to your paypal again..

    Or if possible, take the guys paypal account and update it as per your details..

    Nitin is correct. This is the only thing about PayPal that I really see as a problem.


    The users must resubscribe using your PP address. If it were me I would create a special unlinked page for them to do this and then email them all. With followup emails to the forgetful.

    You need to ask buyers to cancel subscriptions and to subscribe to new subscription [ new owner's pp id ] if they wish.

    This is what you need to do. Just cancel the subscriptions and then ask the subscribers to sign up again.

    and the worst part is... 50% of the users won't signup again :-(
