transfering funds from paypal to bank account

    well i dont think so. u need to add your bank account in order to withdraw from paypal to bank account.

    I guess u r from india and u cant directly transfer paypal funds to ur bank account.

    Unless your verified you can't transfer funds from your paypal account to your bank account. Once you are verified it is possible.

    Have you tried xoom? you can send money to someone's bank account (or a draft).

    Xoom needed verified indian paypal account to transfer funds from your indian paypal account IMO.

    XOOM requirs a valid SSN to accept paypal payments..otherwise they'll hold the funds for 30days and they'll return it back..

    Do they have prepaid debit cards in India?
    You can:
    Purchase a prepaid debit card. Excercise the option on the prepay application to get a named debit card. They send you a card with your name on it along with your account number. Use that to validate your account. Transfer your funds.

    We dont have SSN in India. I am not sure if you can send money via xoom for unverified paypal (as deluxdon said above), but we dont need anything like SSN for using xoom in India.
