The reason this is here because its a mix of most sub category's :/

im trying to move a site from one we host to another, this includes wordpress blog and forum.. thing is, the website is a addon domain to my main website, so how would i back it up and move it to its own hosting account?

i have saved the database's of both the wordpress site and forum, and exported the XML file of all posts of the wordpress but how do i transfer the theme? do i download it and re-upload to new host?

will the database save everything from the forum? such as members etc?

my cpanel is cpanel 11 :)

    i hope someone can help!

You should be able to backup from cPanel and transfer to cPanel. Your host should be able to help you with that, unless you got a real cheapy, then in which case, you might want to reconsider your decision.

    Good luck

cPanel have feature to import your accounts. Ask your Web Host if you have that feature. You only need some basic info to do it like IP and Login Details.

    1) You are using cpanel, that' good.
    2) Does your new hosting use cpanel as well? Most importantly go ask your host if they can do full cpanel restore from within WHM.
    3) If they can do that your problem solved.
