Transfering A YPN Account

    I know it is against the TOS but in theory is the information in a Yahoo Account changeable to reflect another owner (SSI, Name, Address, etc) and a another site?

    It was a huge hastle when I transfered one. The checks got sent to the wrong place for months, even though I called them several times.
