Latnight the site was transfered to an offshore server. It worked fine for about an hour and now it doesnt load. What happens when a domain is propogating? Does the site not laod at all? Im wondering if there are other issues, whats your thoughts is this normal?

DNS looks OK. I would suggest your check your error log, or get your host if you are on a shared server to check into the specific error that is getting flagged. One thing to try to to remove/rename any .htaccess files, and see if that helps.
