    I need to transfer a site + my hosting what is the safest method to transfer a site using Escrow?

    What Escrow service should I use?

    use https://www.escrow.com/index.asp
    But you might have to pay escrow fees. But you can share it if the other
    party is willing.
    Beware of false escrow firms. Check out all firms before entering into an
    agreement.
