Transfer subscription of a membership website

    I recently sold a membership website at flippa.It got around 15 active subscription.
    But I can't transfer the subscription to buyers account.So that the buyer is asking my paypal account.I am from india and the buyer is from Australia.So what are the problems and risks involved in giving the paypal account to him
