I doubt there are any possible ways to send money to Pakistan from India because of political issues between both countries. Western Union is the quickest method to transfer money but Indian Government doesn't allow this.

One of the easiest way for you to get funds out of paypal is to get it exchanged to Moneybookers and then withdraw to your local bank account. It only takes few days and fees are very low too.

Hi Imran, there are currency controls that stop this transfer from being straightforward. What you can do is get your friend in India to open a bank account with a Pakistani bank that operates in India. They can transfer the money for a small fee. Alternatively go to the Pakistani High Commision and India High Commision websites and find out which payments are allowed.

    Just click on Register

Fill in the form (try not to put any fake info, as this could lead you to the closure of your account) and you are done. :) Then if you want to verify your address go to "MY Account" and you will see "Address" , there would be a "verify" button in front of it. Click on it and you should've a code in 4-5 business days :)

Receiving Funds is simple like PayPal, where you just need to give away your Email (you registered at MB with) , then sender would be able to send money to your Moneybookers account.

There are two options to upload funds

    1)- Credit card
2)- Bank Wire (you need to follow the procedure to upload funds, a bank wire must be sent from the same account name, as in the MB and it would take few days to reach your Wire)

Any more questions, feel free to ask.

Swift code is a code used to recognize the branch of a specific bank. Without this you can't withdraw funds from your moneybookers account.

That doesn't matter, a local saving/current account would work just fine. No need for expensive USD account.
