I've never tried, but I think you can. However, you cannot be your own customer many time since 2co is payment proccessing.
Simple add a cart of 2CO to some page with any digital product or so just simple add some text file and fix the price according to the amount you want to transfer and buy it from your own Paypal account. It will though cut the 2CO fee but it will be more faster then withdrawing from Paypal and then adding to 2CO.
