Transfer Hosting - Willing to Pay

    I need someone to help me transfer my hosting from a free one to paid.

    I am clueless about MySQL database and stuff like that. I already have a site setup, but I want to transfer it with all the files and stuff.

    Is it possible, or do I have to upload everything?

    If anyone can give me more information please do, if this is task is hard I am willing to pay.
