Transfer Help Required Urgent!!

    The Loosing registrar is asking me to clarify from the gaining registrar that,
    As if you want to transfer a domain to another registrar it must be 60 Days old or 60 days must have must passed since registration date.
    Similarly Is a period of 60 days validity is required to transfer a domain i.e. 60 days of validity remaining before expiration date.
    My Domain expires on 18th November 2009
