Is the site hosted on GoDaddy or just the domain?
Check your control panel for more detailed help.

Just download the files and database to your local and upload it to his host :)

    Hi,

You have two separate tasks that you need to accomplish:

    1. Transfer the domain to the buyers registrar.
    - This will cost the buyer the current renewal rate that their registrar (GoDaddy) charges for the domain.
    - You need to unlock the domain and provide the buyer with the auth code for the domain.

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/domains/authcode/authcode-04.html

This process takes four to seven days to complete.

    2. You need to backup all the files, databases, and whatever else was included in the sale. After doing this provide the backup to the buyer and they will need to configure it on their hosting plan.

After the buyer has got the site set up on their server and confirms its working you can remove the site from your hosting plan. Make sure the site has been properly moved by the buyer as if you remove hosting and they don't have it configured properly they will blame you.

Do no give the buyer the auth code until you have the money if you are not using an escrow.
