    1) I want to know what actually is amazon gift certificates?

    2) Can we transfer our balance from amazon gift certificate to money bookers? in any way like offering someone to transfer less amount in my money booker account then he received on amazon gift certificate or any thing else way? and if so how?

    amazon gift certificates is what you could use to buy stuff from amazon

    and no you cant transfer to moneybookers unless you sell it to someone and they pay you VIA moneybookers

    I doubt anyone would agree to buy it from you, as it would be useless to him if he pays its full amount
    However, if you offer it for an amount less than the gift certificate's value, you maybe able to get a buyer
