If your selling the domain you can ask seller to open a account same place you have the domain now and then do a account transfer. I normaly use godaddy and have done it this way. The account transfer then only takes 1 minute and new domain owner get domain very fast and you have less problems doing a transfer. Hope it is a litle help
This is interesting. Never heard of a maximum registration period of 10 yrs. What registrar is the name currently registered with? .
