When you login to cPanel, click on 'Backups' and then click on the home directory button first to save the files, and then click on the .sql file name to save the database. Then login to your second cPanel, upload the .zip backup file through the file manager, and extract the file contents. Then upload the .sql file via phpadmin. Lastly, change the config.php (or whatever the config file is named) to reflect the changes in sql username and password. The site should then work just fine :)

    Hi,

You can use the database export & import tool at the cpanel. Just pick the database that you want to transfer. Don't worry, your database still exist after export.

    :)

If im understanding correctly, your moving hosts. All you need to do is ask your new hosting company, they have a feature in their control panel where they enter your old cPanel user/password and it brings everything over without change
