Its not possible to do such a thing. Page rank is a measure google automatically assigns to your websites. It is domain specific. Even if you drop the domain and then renew it you can hold the PR, but if you change the domain name it is gone

do a 301 permanent redirect to the domain.

You can channel your existing traffic with that and not page rank

You can redirect your blogger domain into your domain, but it is doubt you can transfer the page rank into your domain.

You could transfer a bit of your PR using a 301 redirect but as you have no possibility to do that on blogger accounts, your PR is lost...

Try and put links from your existing blog to your new blog, that will help a little, but not so much...

Make a sponsored blog post and add the site to the blogroll, you will pass some authority this way, but it doesn't guarantee a full PR pass.

In theory yes, its possible. Since (in theory) pagerank is a mathematical combination of incoming and outgoing links, if the incoming links remains the same. The new site will get the same PR sooner or later.

No it is not possible to transfer this, but what you could do is set up a redirect from your blogger page to your new site until it becomes more recognised on it's own. My other suggestion would be to find the sites that are giving you some decent page rank and see if you can remove the link to the blogger site and replace it with the new domain.
