Is it possible to transfer funds from one adwords accoun to another? The idea that I have seen hosting plans which gives adwords credit as a gift, is it true, and how they do it?
No, is not possible to transfer funds - the only thing similar to this is in countries that accept pre-payment (UK, Germany, Brazil,..) you can withdraw funds from an account when you decide to cancel the account. They have a special agreement with Google and give the credits as vouchers that normally can be used only in new created accounts (15 days life accounts) -> be careful if you decide to use two accounts promoting the same business/site Google normally ban forever who do this.
