What do you have that makes your site 11gig? Lots of music/video/pictures?

I would help you but I'm on the road - the hotel connections only get about 56k.

If you can wait until I get back to my home office on Friday the 19th of March (which has a fiber line) I can help you -

tell me the hosting type... and do you use cpanel or other control panel

it's easy to move site by some ftp software from one host to other host

find in google and you get that one
