A few days ago I realized the number of transactions went from 99 to 98.. and it seems I lost a sale but could not find out where.. I wake up today and the same thing. down another number and money yet no refund is found, no chargeback is found, nothing.. anybody else having these problems?

Are you talking about ClickBank? If so, that is very odd indeed...

Have you tried to contact them about this issue? Maybe the refund or charge back will appear after a few days.

I suppose it should do but I'm not sure. Keep a close eye on it though and update this thread if you find out what is happening.

It's time. ClickBank shows transactions up to three months back, and after that transactions are eliminated from the list.

    Don't panic.

Make sure that you're comparing the transactions for the same period coverage.
