Try it in my browser (scaled at 150%) and the same result as above: The Scroll-bar should be there but I didn't include it in the screenshot. The dark color in the right is 'outside area'. Non Responsive? When I use Normal screen (100%, No zoom) but click it to be 'windowed' (half-screen), the same thing happen. Other pages works flawlessly without any problem (page automatically 're-positioned' correctly).
Confirmed. It is now work as expected (fully responsive). Zoomed at 175% using Chrome Normal (without Zoom) but Windowed (Browser is not being maximized/ just half the screen)
