Training Strong, Advice Criticsm! (Pics)

    Hey guys, i started working out 7-8 months ago, im currently 194 and 6"2, im at the point where im bulking right now, i attached a pic to find out how much bodyfat i probably have, i workout everyday but a different muscle group and i get my rest, im using

    concrete creatine
    100% whey protein
    fish oil
    liver cleanser
    green tea
    superpump
    size on
    cytosport weight gainer

    i would like some advice and critism on my diet also as well as how u think im doing, i work at a 24 hour gym at night so 9pm to 5am, i wake up around 3.

    3:00pm protein shake
    3:30pm kashi lean cereal, yogurt, vitamins, fish oil, green tea, liver cleanser

    4:30pm concrete creatine and yogurt
    5:00pm superpump
    5:30pm workout

    6:45-7:00pm, cytosport weight gainer protein
    7:30pm- a big meal, chicken steeak whatever, vitamins, fish oil, green tea, liver cleanser

    9:30pm protein shake
    10:00pm protein bar
    12:00am tuna sandwich

    3:00am chicken sandwich, vitamins, fish oil
    4:00am cytosport weight gainer protein
    5:00am sleep!
