    I'm looking it for following categories.

    1. Mobile/CellPhone Leads.
    2. Dating Leads.
    3. Download Leads.
    4. Insurance Leads.
    5. Finance Leads.
    6. Gambling Leads.

    I'm not sure if someone can provide those traffic. But someone does, they might not sell it to you or sell it a higher price.

    It however can be used for helping with your alexa rank.

    Yes, high traffic does not equal to a high conversion rate. It can, however, able to increase your chances of success.
