All Craigslist posts are no follows by Google. It is unlikely that you could drive a significant amount of traffic to your site using Craigslist. However, Google does suggest that you have a significant amount of both dofollow and nofollow backlinks.
There may be some traffic from craigslist but it is short lived as long as your ad stays published. Its good for general promotion as many people use it .

If you do it right, you can get quite a bit of traffic. I used to advertise my computer building services on cg locally, although the traffic wasn't HUGE, I did get hits (and some turned into leads and sales). But I wasn't using adsense on the site at the time.
